About the role:
Sales Operations is part of the broader Commercial Team who is responsible to strategise, acquire, maintain and grow Commercial (B2B) accounts of Gojek. The Sales Operations team will help with and end-to-end management of the team’s sales motion, from target setting and strategising accounts to monitoring performance of each account. The Sales Operations team will liaise with a broad range of internal teams.
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll develop both hard skills: dashboard design, quantitative analysis and reporting, as well as soft skills: stakeholder management and communication. The outcome of the work will contribute towards achieving the company’s Objectives.
What you’ll do/ Responsibilities:
As a Sales Operations Analyst in the Commercial team, you will be responsible for directing the sales motion of the account management teams and provide insights to help better manage commercial accounts (large business enterprises, malls/POI, brand principals)
Some of your tasks include:
Understand the objectives and key results of the commercial team
Create targets for account management team
Tracking and monitoring of account performance through various dashboards
Help with product pricing with modelling
Design incentives for account management

Product (GoFood, GoPay, etc.) Marketing teams
Sales/ Account Management/ Business Development teams of different industries (F&B, Retail, etc.)
Functional teams (Legal, Finance, Analytics, etc.)
