In this role, you will play a critical part in driving operational rigor, in order to grow initiatives from its inception stages to stable execution. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of processes and systems that can be easily scaled. It will be your responsibility to drive collaboration between all parties involved in order to prioritize, schedule and deliver on time. Additionally, as a part of the larger Program Management (PgM) division, you will be expected to be an active and engaged member of the team working with a direct PgM mentor and your fellow PgM colleagues around team goals, career growth, knowledge sharing, and generally improving the overall function across the entire org. You will be helping Gojek and its partners solve some of their most critical business and strategic challenges. To achieve this goal, we operate in close cooperation with other parts of Gojek.

What You'll Do
Manage, execute and track objectives against key results Use using data-driven decision-making tools for technological innovation, constant development, and evolvement to the programEnsure successful execution of programs at ground level through building the required org, aligning stakeholders across teams and driving the resourcing, budgeting & process management.Provide visibility into status, health & resourcing to your partners across multiple programs being runIdentify and predict blockers, conflicts, and risks to projects across multiple teams and seek solutions to eliminate themDevelop strong relationships across stakeholders to understand their goals and priorities. Work with these stakeholders to help them convert these goals into reality.Collaborate with cross-functional product and execution teams in delivering solutions.Follow up and coordinate all requests from partners and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.Provide timely market information to related business teams.Participate in business and company events to identify new business opportunities and pitch for new clients.Lead and/or participate in execution meetings with support of execution/product departments.
What You'll Need
3-5 years of experience in program management Results-driven team player with a strong work ethic who thrives with confidence when faced with intellectual challenges, strives for excellence, performs well under pressure and against tight deadlines.Excellent business acumen with solid experience and proven track record.Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills focused on improving collaboration, understanding & information exchange across all stakeholders, with a high level of proficiency in English.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects and complex rollouts end to end with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.Articulate complex ideas and summarise effectively.Committed to excellence and maintain high professional and ethical standards.
