We are looking for a quick-learning and motivated Product Manager who obsesses over consumer problems to define the product vision and build products to scale. As a product manager, you will drive the conceptual and technical development of product ideas. You will partner with talented designers, researchers, engineers and data scientists to craft beautifully simple solutions for our consumers and internal teams.
As part of the product team, build the product vision and execute on the prioritized roadmap for your product areaExperience in collaborating with Marketplaces and Data Science teams to help build machine learning models to improve reliabilitySeek product ideas and feedback from stakeholders, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflowsDefine clear and well-scoped requirements documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiencesParticipate in user research initiatives with the design and user research teams to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on solutionsCollaborate with internal stakeholders in Marketplace, Driver Platform, Merchant Platform and business teams to develop launch strategy, product messaging and training
At least 3 years of experience working as a product manager on consumer product teams, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale productsAnalytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every projectYou’re passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them bestYou know how to work with agile product development teams and are excited about identifying new ways to help your team be effectiveExperience as a product manager working with distributed teams are highly desired
Prior experience in working with marketplaces or food delivery is great plus
