About the role:
GoJek is looking for a data-driven Product Manager to own and drive the Help experience within the family of GoJek apps. The help product stack includes customizable mobile SDKs integrated into the customer, driver and merchant apps to power intuitive help workflows, a powerful Web CMS to enable content teams across all GoJek markets to build, customize, and optimize help/support workflows, and in-app customer ticket workflows.
Drive product strategy and execution for your product area, partnering with your product development team and cross-functional stakeholders to create and execute on the prioritized roadmap.Define OKRs for your product area and hold your team accountable for setting and achieving their individual OKRs.Partner with other team leads to ensure that product OKRs and roadmaps are aligned
Experience & Skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience2-5 years of product experience.Successful track record in planning, developing and executing strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally.Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.Solid organization, leadership, team-building, and mentorship experience.You’re entrepreneurial and are comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment.Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project.You’re passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best.You’re fluent in English and are a confident communicator. Experience as a software engineer / developer and working with distributed teams are highly desired.
