The GoFood Discounting and Monetisation team is focused on building new product flows and algorithms to facilitate the most efficient demand generation and monetisation engine that is powered by the understanding of customer needs to fuel platform growth and maximise product revenue. This team also works very closely with a plethora of internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to: merchant growth, platform growth, corporate strategy and finance teams.
We are looking for a quick-learning, self-driven, and motivated Product Manager who obsesses over consumer problems to define the product vision and build products to scale. As a product manager, you will drive the conceptual and technical development of product ideas. You will partner with talented designers, researchers, engineers, and data scientists to craft beautifully simple solutions for our consumers and internal teams.
As part of the product team, you will build the product vision and execute on the prioritized roadmap for demand generation, discounting, monetisation and the Ads platform, and work with a team of Product Managers to execute that visionWork with engineers and designers to ship features and product improvementsCollaborate with the Data Science team to create algorithms to increase the efficiency of our marketing spendSeek product ideas and feedback from stakeholders, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflowsDefine clear and well-scoped requirements documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiencesParticipate in user research initiatives with the design and user research teams to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on solutionsLearn everything you can about our ecosystem through data and use it to drive your product decisionsCollaborate with internal stakeholders in Merchant Platform and business teams to develop launch strategy, product messaging and training
At least 7 years of experience working as a product manager on consumer product teams, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale productsExperience in leading a team of Product ManagersExperience working with Data Science teams. You built and shipped features that rely on machine learning / modelsPrior experience in working on Demand Generation, Advertising technology or Monetisation would be a big plusAnalytical and data-informed, you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project. SQL skills are importantYou know how to work with agile product development teams and are excited about identifying new ways to help your team be effectiveYou’re passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best.You’re fluent in English and are a confident communicatorPrior experience in working with marketplaces or food delivery is a great plusExperience as a product manager working with distributed teams is highly desired
