People Partner (PP) at Gojek also known as Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is the single point of contact for the Product Development Groups on people & organisational matters. This role will contribute to both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture. An ideal candidate will bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to a growing organization. Develop effective on-going relationships with technology leaders and people managers, establishing yourself as a credible, respected and valued partner.Be a Champion in one or more functional areas of HR: Talent Management, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits or Learning & Development.Provide HR programmatic support, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organizationLead the talent agenda for your business area, understanding the key talent, their strengths and development needs and actively participate in talent management discussions with the technology teams.Champion the performance management and personal development planning process with your business area and ensure that leaders have the skills and capability to maximise the value of the process. Identify opportunities and engage Key Leaders/Managers with ideas for improving team/individual performance, capabilities and overall effectiveness.Leading the People Engagement Agenda both internally and externallyBe an active contributor to PDG HR functional strategy, understand the objectives of HR teams across different location and take opportunities to share knowledge and best practice. Drive the people agenda through regular communication of People and HR priorities and processes across your business areas.Challenge existing People Practices if you believe there are better ways of doing things and inspire others to do the same, fixing things that need fixing, identifying problems and finding solutions.
5-8 years of HR Business Partnering experience with a Hi-Tech or Technology focussed startup.Champion in 1 or more of the HR Functional area: Talent Management, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits or Learning & Development. Minimum of 2 years of functional ownership.Experience of working within an entrepreneurial organisational /fast-growing culture is desirableHigh ability to generate innovative HR solutionsComfortable challenging the status quo.
