Through a deep understanding of the industry, Go-Jek’s products and customers, Head of Customer Strategy will develop end to end customer strategy and execute initiatives for long term growth of the company.
Work with product leadership team to develop a long term customer strategy and nuanced action planIdentify where the next user growth will come from and work closely with product teams to develop new levers to acquire and retain usersProvide thought leadership to develop customer journey within Transport groupPrioritise business requirements while managing competing priorities. Develop framework, process and cadence for prioritisation and trackingParticipate actively in business reviewsWork with cross functional teams and collaborate deeply on analysis and execution
Minimum 6 years of professional experience with a background in customer strategy roles in ecommerce, gaming, technology, start-ups, management consulting or Fortune 500 companiesStrong analytical thinking, structured approach and data driven decision making processSolid data management and excel spreadsheet skills. SQL or R proficiency is a plus but not mandatory
Be comfortable with ambiguity, use objective and methodical approachCommunicate effectively and collaborate extensively with cross functional teamsBe entrepreneurial, figure out the path forward
About the Team
This team owns the complete journey of a rider right from selecting pickup until the point he/she is dropped off safely. We currently support bikes and cars as the transportation medium in 4 countries — Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand. Transport accounts for most number of transactions amongst all Gojek services.
