At least 5 years of working experience in marketing.
Holds at least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably majoring in Marketing Management or Business from reputable university.
Solid experience in handling ATL and BTL marketing.
Good understanding of local knowledge.
Easily adapt to change, shows flexibility, prioritisation, organisation and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal flexibility and strong team management skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & proficient in spoken and written English.
Willing to be relocated to Surabaya.
Ensure products’ branding are created accordingly through activation in the respective area in order to create a customer awareness.
Plan, control, and coordinate marketing process in assigned area to achieve its targets effectively.
Ensure a proper process for brand activation.
Ensure the marketing operations are conducted properly.
Conduct customer satisfaction survey.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and partners in the respective areas.
Marketing process improvement to reach maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Evaluate and possess knowledge of competitive trends, market dynamics, forecast for the assigned area to gather intelligence and insights in order to formulate and improve marketing strategy and plans.
