You’ll be accountable to manage campaigns for Food Group (In-App Communications). In this role, you will get a full view of Food Group’s marketing strategy. You’ll be responsible to create a campaign planning, support the Food team to execute campaigns via the In-App Channels and provide them with your insights and campaign analysis. You’ll be reporting to CRM Manager and will be mentored by CRM Food Lead. Since regional will be part of this team, you’ll need to support In-App campaigns for several local regions as well (not limited to Food).
Create CRM campaigns for Food Group (and possibly Regional)Monitor the performances on the campaign that you are running (especially on the Delivery Rate, Open Rate, Click Rate and Conversion Rate)Create a campaign report, emphasise the success story and room for improvement, present the result to Business Units and give suggestions for the next campaign.Since you will manage several business units, you will also be accountable to manage the cadence between BUs that you are handling in terms of schedule and target segment.You will also collaborate with other CRM Specialist to ensure that your segmentation and schedule are not overlapping.Support your lead with your findings to help him/her create experimentation to have continuous improvement of customer lifecycle campaigns
BS/MS degree in marketing/business or a related fieldProven working experience in the CRM / CLM field (Min 1-2 years). Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with big data setsExperience in using/executing campaigns using campaign management systems (e.g Clevertap, MoEngage, Netcore, Emarsys, etc) is a mustStrong ability of data interpretation to back up vision and assess the success of campaignsExcellent communication - verbal and written - and collaboration skills that will help you build relations and trust throughout the organizationGreat stakeholders and time-management skillExperience within the digital industry is preferred
